Infoglobal underwent an ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit on December 14, 2023, at the Infoglobal Workshop in Surabaya. The audit was conducted by the independent certification auditor, URS Service Indonesia.

This Surveillance Audit is part of Infoglobal's commitment to maintaining the applicable quality management system. It covers all business processes at Infoglobal, including top management, production, marketing, HRD & GA, operations, administration & finance, and Quality Control.

Following the audit, the auditors declared that there were no findings, either major or minor, in the quality management system at Infoglobal. With this result, Infoglobal has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 recertification process.
