Gamaloka, a futuristic anti-drone weapon from PT Infoglobal

AIRSPACE REVIEW (airspace-review.com) – Apart from showing off its superior products in the fields of fighter aircraft avionics, radar data processing, weapons control systems and defense application software, PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta (Infoglobal) also displays its anti-drone weapons design at Indo Defense 2022 Expo & Forum on November 2-5.

This futuristic-looking weapon with the name Gamaloka is an anti-drone device used to protect airspace from the prying eyes of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) or drones.

This integrated anti-drone system will detect objects in the air, classify and neutralize them by jamming drones that are detected in the air up to a distance of 3 km.

This device uses 2.4 GHz, 1.5 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies, then TX power peak is 10 W, power consumption is 30 W, and jamming capability is GPS+drone data/video protocol.

In a conversation with Airspace-Review on November 2, Infoglobal President Director Adi Sasongko said the Gamaloka prototype had been successfully tested to bring down drones.

"Currently, the prototype can target drones up to a distance of 3 km and its capabilities will be increased to a distance of 10 km," added this tall man.
