Infoglobal to Support Research and Development in Defense Technology

Infoglobal, as a defense industry supporting technological independence, has implemented a new policy to bolster the technology community. This initiative aims to sustain enthusiasm for technological research and ensure that university research findings are effectively utilized, and applied to technology products that are ready for use.

This support is realized through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which provides funding assistance to students for research and development activities related to their final projects. Infoglobal collaborates with the Laboratory of System and Cybernetics, Department of Electrical Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya, to conduct research on control systems technology, specifically for implementation in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)/drones and Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs).

This collaboration began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 1st, 2023. Several research projects conducted by ITS Electrical Engineering students have already produced scientific journals that Infoglobal plans to adopt for developing unmanned vehicle technologies such as UAVs, USVs, and other defense products.
