Infoglobal Welcomes Study Visit from the Indonesian Defense University

Infoglobal welcomed students from the Indonesian Defense University (Unhan RI) as part of the Study Visit Program for Master’s (S2) students of the Faculty of Defense Strategy (FSP) and the Faculty of Defense Engineering and Technology, held on October 22, 2025.

The visit, led by the Rector of Unhan RI, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Dr. Anton Nugroho, M.M.D.S., M.A., was attended by 188 students and staff members of Unhan RI. They were received by CEO of Infoglobal, J. Adi Sasongko, at Infoglobal’s Workshop in Surabaya.

The program aimed to provide Unhan RI graduate students with empirical experience and practical understanding, while also offering them the opportunity to interact directly with key players in the national defense industry—particularly Infoglobal, a strategic industry specializing in avionics and defense electronics.

“Through this visit to Infoglobal, our students can directly observe the process of developing Indonesia’s defense technology. It is a valuable experience to inspire their spirit of contribution toward national self-reliance,” said Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Dr. Anton Nugroho, M.M.D.S., M.A., Rector of Unhan RI.

In his remarks, Infoglobal President Director J. Adi Sasongko shared his hopes for the future of Indonesia’s defense industry.

Kegiatan ini menjadi wujud nyata kolaborasi antara dunia industri dan akademik

“The activity embodies the synergy between the industry and academia. Through visits like this, we hope Unhan RI students can directly observe how innovation is born from collaboration and a shared commitment to strengthening national defense,” he stated.

The students enthusiastically took part in the program. During the facility tour, they actively engaged in discussions about Infoglobal’s avionics development process—from the early concept (from scratch) to electronic warfare technology.

Throughout the visit, participants observed the end-to-end development process of Infoglobal’s avionics products, including electronic, mechanical, and software design, as well as production and quality control. They also had the opportunity to experience the i-22 Sikatan aircraft simulator, one of Infoglobal’s notable technological innovations.

As part of the study visit series, on October 21, 2025, Infoglobal CEO J. Adi Sasongko was invited to deliver a guest lecture at RM Moedjono Poerbonegoro Hall, Puspenerbal Juanda. He presented a topic titled “Avionics and Defense Electronics System Development,” highlighting technological innovations that support the independence of Indonesia’s defense industry.

Through this activity, Infoglobal reaffirms its commitment to supporting the enhancement of Indonesia’s defense human resources through continuous collaboration in education, research, and technological development.
