
The Indonesian Air Force Staff and Command School (Sesko AU) conducted a visit to PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta as part of efforts to enhance knowledge and capabilities in science and technology (Iptek) within the national defense industry.
The visit was part of the Sesko AU Science and Technology Field Study Program (Kuliah Kerja Iptek), aimed at developing future Indonesian Air Force leaders by strengthening strategic insight and understanding of the national defense industry, while fostering adaptability to technological advancements.
The delegation was led by the Deputy Commandant of Sesko AU, First Marshal of the Indonesian Air Force Irwan Pramuda, accompanied by officer students and Sesko AU staff. The group was received by Infoglobal CEO J. Adi Sasongko at Infoglobal’s workshop facility in Surabaya.
During the visit, the Sesko AU delegation received a briefing on Infoglobal’s role and contributions in supporting the modernization of national defense systems, particularly through the development of information technology solutions, avionics, communication systems, and command and control support systems.
The officer students were also given the opportunity to observe firsthand the development processes of avionics and defense technologies at Infoglobal, covering stages from design and production to system integration and quality control.
Irwan Pramuda stated that the visit formed part of the strategic enrichment program for Sesko AU participants, providing a comprehensive understanding of defense technology developments and the role of national strategic industries in supporting a professional, modern, and resilient air force.
Infoglobal welcomed the visit as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the Indonesian Air Force and the domestic defense industry. Through such engagements, both parties expect to further enhance synergy in support of Indonesia’s air defense readiness and professionalism.
